CATERING INCLUDES: MEAT(S), BBQ BEANS, POTATO SALAD, COLESLAW, PICKLES, ONIONS, JALAPEñOS, BBQ SAUCE, BREAD, PLATES, & SILVERWARE PACKETS.  MEATS INCLUDE: BEEF, SAUSAGE, PULLED PORK & CHICKEN (RIBS & TURKEY $1.00 EXTRA PER PERSON).

State and local taxes will be added to all caterings. On the day of booking, we invoice for a 50% deposit (due upon receipt) with full balance being due on the day of the event. We require a 100% guarantee of the final number booked. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices.
